I have had this Live Journal account set up for awhile but I had never posted or even read anyone's LJ. Since I have been besieged to actually do a lil sumthin, sumthin, I guess now is as good a time as any.

One thing I can say from my first perusal is that Tay hunie, to be so quiet in person you can sure write a whole heck of a lot! ;o)

Dawn hunie, I am glad you are back in Dallas and I hope you DO take a timeout for yourself! If you need anything at allig D isn't the weekend Jimmie, Lanie, & I are going to Phoenix cause I miss ya and I want to see your smiling face. We're leaving for Phoenix the 19th and won't be home until the following Monday.

Now,hmmmmmmm... What's up w/ me? Well Jimmie and I have joined The United Court of the Lone Star Empire. Hell, it took me two years to just get that name right... But, since I have now been in Dallas for 3 years, I have gotten to know most of the Court members fairly well and we have attended many Court functions at various places. They ALWAYS have so much fun together and they raise a LOT of money for charity. Tis also the reason why the Leather Knights are so important to me too.
Friday night was the first fundraiser of the new year at the Round Up. We went and I got up and did two numbers. It gets less scary each time and the last one I did just plain rocked.
I have always held a fascination for drag queens! I'd so be a drag queen if I could and w/ all the makeup and eye lashes I had on Friday night and being there amongst them I almost felt just like one of the gurls. It was great! Afterwards we joined everyone at TMC and I realized why I like wearing dresses to the bars. I can get off and hold a conversation (well almost, and get me some right there infront of G-d and everyone and they don't even have a clue. It's always fun being naughty in public especially when no one knows how naughty I'm being. works for me. Went home happy...

Now it's Sunday and Jimmie and I have a play date scheduled w/ a bunch of needles so I need to go now... sub space is calling my name...
